Gary Robinson

Gary W. Robinson, 78, of Independence, Kansas passed away on December 2, 2018 at Labette Health in Independence, Kansas. Cremation has taken place and services will be held at a later date.
Gary was born in Grove Oklahoma on March 10, 1940 to Chester and Della Robinson. He attended Grove, Oklahoma Schools. Gary lived in the Cherryvale, Kansas area and was employed by Charloma and a self-employed painter. On October 14, 1974 Gary married Janett Cooper in Miami, Oklahoma.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother Chester, and his wife Janett Robinson. Those left to cherish his memory include three daughters, Michelle (Scott) Cook, Melissa Cooper Williams, Sonja, one son, Wayne Robinson, seven grandchildren, Tanya ( Brandon) Knott, Tasha ( Casey) Cooley, Taylor ( Weston) Kroth, Tierney Cook, Treston Cook, Dusty Robinson, and Justin Robinson, five great-grandchildren, two sisters, Evelyn ( Harold) Lee, Marilyn Davis, one brother David Robinson.
