Pamela Sue Metzger, 55, Neodesha, Kansas passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at St. Frances Hospital in Wichita, Kansas. Memorial services for Pam will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at Golden Living Center in Neodesha, KS with Reverend Harold Stacy of Bible Baptist Church officiating. Memorials may be made to Golden Living Center Activity Fund in memory of Pam.
Pam was born September 12, 1959 in Coffeyville, KS to Charles and Helen (Spray) Tate she attended and graduated Coffeyville Schools and took some classes from I.C.C. Pam married Rocky A. Metzger on June 7, 1993 in Miami, Oklahoma. Pam attended the First Christian Church in Independence, loved animals and loved people and never met a stranger.
Pam and Rocky enjoyed spending their time fishing and going for car rides. Pam was preceded in death by her parents and one son Darren Ray Furnas, those left to honor her memory include: her husband Rocky of the home, son, Derek and wife Crystal Furnas, Havana, KS; step- daughter, Kimberley and husband Lee Norris, Independence, KS, stepson Jayson and wife Stephanie Allen, Nashville, NC; in laws, Jolene Metzger, Wichita, KS; and Bobby Gene Metzger, Independence, KS; two sister -in - laws Roxanna Triebel and husband Monte, Manchester, OH; Gena Morris, Wichita, KS; one aunt Phyllis Thornbrough, Coffeyville, KS; and 8 grandchildren. Arrangements by Webb & Rodrick Chapel and Crematory
